INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
There are more than 4,000 acres of industrial land available in
Richmond County at competitive rates. As local businesses continue
to expand and move within the market, facilities also become available
for new companies with immediate facility requirements. The majority
of Richmond County industrial space can be found in two Industrial
parks. These parks vary in size from just a few acres up to 1,500
acres. The Augusta Corporate Park is owned by the Development Authority
of Richmond County.
Most of the Industrial parks offer utilities in place and some
have rail service.
